1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of Daily Rounds.

Daily Rounds is owned and operated by PTD Ninja Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By starting a free trial or subscribing to Daily Rounds, you enter into a legally binding agreement with PTD Ninja Ltd and confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the trial or subscription.

2. Business-to-Business Service

Daily Rounds is provided strictly as a business-to-business (B2B) digital software service.

By subscribing, you confirm that:

  • you are purchasing in a business or professional capacity

  • you are not purchasing as a consumer

  • consumer protection legislation applicable to B2C purchases does not apply

3. Product Description

Daily Rounds is a digital software tool designed to support daily business execution, consistency, and habit-based workflows.

It is:

  • not a task manager

  • not a CRM

  • not a project management system

  • not a guarantee of business results

Any outcomes depend entirely on how the software is used.

4. MVP & Founders Status

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Daily Rounds may remain an evolving product

  • features, functionality, and design may change over time

  • bugs, limitations, or updates may occur

  • features may be added, modified, or removed as the product develops

By subscribing, you accept the nature of an evolving software product.

5. Subscription, Free Trial & Billing

Daily Rounds operates on a subscription model.

  • New users receive a 7-day free trial.

  • Payment details are collected at the start of the trial.

  • Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically begin.

  • After the free trial, the subscription renews at £14.99 per month.

  • Billing occurs automatically on a recurring monthly basis.

You authorise us to charge the payment method provided for all applicable subscription fees.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time.

If pricing changes:

  • existing subscribers will be given reasonable notice before new pricing applies

  • continued use of Daily Rounds after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price

We may introduce new plans, tiers, or pricing structures as the product evolves.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation must be made with at least three (3) working days’ notice before your next billing date.

  • If cancellation is made with less than three working days’ notice, the upcoming billing cycle may still process.

  • Access will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused time.

8. No Refund Policy

Daily Rounds provides immediate access to digital software and onboarding materials.

As such:

  • all payments are final

  • no refunds are offered

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • change of mind

  • lack of usage

  • misunderstanding of the product

  • unmet expectations

Please review all information carefully before subscribing.

9. Access & Account Use

  • Access is granted to one individual per subscription.

  • Login details must not be shared.

  • Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:

  • account sharing is detected

  • misuse occurs

  • these terms are breached

10. Platform & Infrastructure

Daily Rounds may use third-party infrastructure (including Base44 and other hosting or authentication services).

You acknowledge that:

  • third-party platforms may be used to deliver the service

  • infrastructure may change over time

Any changes will be managed to minimise disruption where reasonably possible.

11. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

All software, content, branding, documentation, and materials related to Daily Rounds remain the intellectual property of PTD Ninja Ltd.

You may not:

  • copy or replicate the software

  • resell or sublicense access

  • redistribute content or features

  • attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code

  • use Daily Rounds to create a competing product

Your subscription grants a non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software for your own business purposes only.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • use Daily Rounds lawfully and professionally

  • not disrupt or damage the platform

  • not attempt unauthorised access

  • comply with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

13. Limitation of Liability

Daily Rounds is provided on an “as is” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we make no guarantees of results

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

New users receive a seven (7) day free trial. Payment details are required at the start of the trial.

Unless cancelled before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan at £14.99 per month.

By starting a trial, you authorise PTD Ninja Ltd to charge your chosen payment method automatically once the trial expires and on each recurring billing date thereafter.

  1. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled.

Billing occurs in advance of each subscription period. You agree that:

failed payments may result in suspension of access
we may use third-party payment processors to manage billing

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.
